Payment is made through PayPal internationally, and cash for those visiting us at our workshop and showroom.

All sales are final and non-refundable with the exception of items that were improperly manufactured or damaged through shipping.

Shipping

We ship worldwide using internationally recognized shipping companies and their local contracted partners. We ship promptly and on time. Shipping costs reflect the actual cost of shipping only.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to produce a mosaic?
Every project is different. Some can be imagined, designed and created within a few hours. Others can take months to complete. However, on average, a project can take two to three weeks to complete.

Can you do rush orders for a mosaic?

Certain projects can be prioritized over others, and we can accelerate the production of certain projects without compromising quality. Prices for rush orders will be higher as a result.

Doesn’t international shipping stone mosaics cost a good deal?
Not really! Mosaics can be quite lightweight. Our colleagues in olive wood probably have to charge more for shipping their products than we do with most of our mosaics. Of course, international shipping should be factored into your purchasing considerations, especially with larger items.
